Shipping policy
We accept returns only in cases where the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team along with clear images or videos of the product and packaging.
Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition with original packaging, labels, and invoices intact. Installed or used JCB spare parts are not eligible for return or refund.
Electrical parts, consumables, and customized or special-order items are non-returnable.
Once the return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original mode of payment.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product delivery.
